Jennifer Coker is a serial entrepreneur, program champion, and community builder dedicated to bridging communities, empowering lives, and creating lasting change. She is the Founder of NurtureBridge Foundation, a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering women, supporting newcomers, and strengthening families through inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive programs.
As the CEO & Executive Managing Director of Quintessential Hub Services (Q-Hub), a placement agency connecting professional service providers to opportunities. Jennifer excels at bringing together people, services, and resources in dynamic, impactful ways.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2016 with J’avier Nigeria Limited, an import-export company serving wholesale and retail clients. This venture honed her ability to build meaningful networks and deliver essential services that drive business and professional growth.
Jennifer also serves as the Admin Manager, HR Lead and Program Director for the Her-Conomy Initiative at Canadian Imperial Advantage, where she has led six successful cohorts and empowered over 1,000 women with capital, advisory services, and entrepreneurial tools. Her vision is to scale this impact to 10,000 women in the next five years.
With a B.Sc. and PMP certification, Jennifer blends a structured, results-driven approach with innovative thinking. She has spearheaded initiatives that surpassed sales targets by up to 35% and forged partnerships that create opportunities for long-term success.
