During this session, Dr. Wumi will share practical insights on managing stress, preventing burnout, and maintaining wellness while pursuing ambitious personal and professional goals.

This month’s Women Talk Wednesday features a special collaboration with Women in Motion, founded by WAWT Members Jackie Ngondo and Deborah Afia.
Women in Motion empowers women through movement, holistic wellness, and community-centered health practices. During this event, they will lead a beginner-friendly Pilates experience designed to release tension, restore balance, and help participants reconnect with their bodies.
No experience is required. This session is designed to be accessible and welcoming for all fitness levels.
