To create a unified wellness experience, attendees are encouraged to wear the WAWT-branded white T-shirt paired with black leggings for the event. WAWT wellness T-shirts will be available for purchase on the website for $25 (members and non-members). This dress code supports the Pilates wellness session and helps create a comfortable environment for movement, connection, and community.

Dr. Omowumi Iyaoromi

Executive Member Dr. Wumi is a Family Physician focused on wellness and sustainable health for busy professionals. She specialises in helping individuals build healthier, more balanced lifestyles through practical and sustainable approaches to wellbeing. During this session, Dr. Wumi will share practical insights on managing stress, preventing burnout, and maintaining wellness while pursuing ambitious personal and professional goals.

Women in Motion - Jackie & Deborah

This month’s Women Talk Wednesday features a special collaboration with Women in Motion, founded by WAWT Members Jackie Ngondo and Deborah Afia.

Women in Motion empowers women through movement, holistic wellness, and community-centered health practices. During this event, they will lead a beginner-friendly Pilates experience designed to release tension, restore balance, and help participants reconnect with their bodies.

No experience is required. This session is designed to be accessible and welcoming for all fitness levels.
