Dr. Omowumi Iyaoromi

Dr Wumi is a Family Physician specialising in wellness and weight management, with extensive experience supporting individuals in building healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. She holds multiple professional credentials, including MBBS, FWACP, and LMCC, as well as certifications in Addictions Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. Through her work, Dr. Wumi helps patients understand the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and overall life balance.

Women in Motion empowers women through movement, holistic wellness, and community-centered health practices. At this session, Jackie and Deborah will guide attendees through a restorative Pilates experience designed to support sustainable well-being.
