Women Talk Wednesday
A hands-on space for learning, connection, and growth. Women Talk Wednesday brings together professionals, founders, students, and allies for focused conversations on growth and leadership. Each session combines expert insights with practical exercises. You are not just listening, you are applying.

Black History Month Gala
The Black History Month Gala honours Black women who continue to lead, build, and create impact across industries with an evening event celebrating excellence in achievement, visibility, and recognition. It brings together community leaders, professionals, and allies in a shared moment of recognition and reflection. The experience includes powerful storytelling, meaningful conversations, and a collective commitment to stronger representation.
Founders Ball
Honouring Leadership and Ambition.
A signature event that highlights women shaping industries and redefining leadership. The Founders Ball celebrates Black women who have advanced into positions of influence and decision-making. It creates space to recognise their journeys while inspiring others to pursue leadership with intention. The room is usually filled with laughter, stories, presence, and a shared understanding of what it takes to rise.
Sister’s Brunch
Come experience connection in its most natural form!
The Sister’s Brunch brings women together around shared experiences, with a focus on health, wellbeing, and community. It is relaxed, open, and rooted in real connection. Expect honest conversations, laughter, and the kind of energy that stays with you long after the event ends.
Holiday Mixer Pyjama Party
The Pyjama Party brings WAWT women together for a weekend of relaxation, connection, and rejuvenation. The atmosphere is always warm, open, and free. It creates space to step away from routine and return to rest, laughter, and genuine connection.
Her Legacy Awards
The Her Legacy Awards is an evening dedicated to celebrating impact across generations. We honour Black women making meaningful strides in business, arts, education, STEM, and community leadership. We highlight stories that deserve visibility and create a moment of collective pride. This is where achievement is acknowledged, and legacy is named.
Book Club

The WAWT Book Club brings women together through stories that reflect lived experiences, challenge perspectives, and spark meaningful conversation. Each book read allows us to slow down, reflect, and engage with ideas that shape how we see ourselves, our work, and our world.
