Otu Family
For the Otu family, leadership is about action—showing up, serving others, and creating opportunities. Victoria Inyang-Otu, founder and CEO of VIKEM Homes, works to advance sustainable housing and economic empowerment. Her daughters, Neriah and Moriah, co-founded the Purple Tie Foundation to support Black youth. Both students at the University of Alberta, Neriah is Vice President and incoming President of the Black Students’ Association (BSA). Their shared commitment to advocacy and mentorship strengthens their bond as a family and as leaders in their community.
